01How do I choose my size? −

Ton Papa 243 pieces are intentionally oversized. Choose your usual size for the intended volume, or size down for a closer fit. The interactive guide on each product page can also help.

02Are the clothes unisex? +

Yes. Most of the wardrobe is designed with unisex volumes. The result mainly depends on your preferred fit and measurements.

03How do pre-orders work? +

Payment is collected when the order is placed. The estimated dispatch timing appears on the product page and again in the cart. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

04Can I return an item? +

Check the return policy published on the store and contact customer service before sending anything back.

05How do I use a discount code? +

Enter your code in the cart or during checkout. The discount appears before you confirm the order.

06How should I care for the prints? +

Wash inside out at 30°C, avoid tumble drying and never iron directly over the prints.
